Welcome to Homes of Bodrum. We are an independent organization, offering a personal service, from showing you properties to guiding you through the whole sales process. My self and my business partner based in the Uk, will keep you informed all the way, and can answer any questions you may have.

As we are independent, we are not tied to a specific builder here in Bodrum, and, as we live and have our offices here, we know the area very well and can advise the best area that suits you. We can find you property ready to move into or off plan; this is the best if you are looking at investments. If you want to let your property to give you some income, we can also take care of this, offering a full cleaning and maintenance service.

If you are thinking of living or retiring here in Bodrum, we can also help you to get extended visas, becoming a resident, getting a tax number and getting a bank account. We will sort out all the legal requirements for you, making the whole process stress free for you.
